It’s just so complicated. if I join meta on 5/16 my first RSU date would be Aug 15 and first vest date would be Nov 15!
Does this mean there is a 3 month shift on my TC? Not fair!

The only way is to join on 5/2 to get 5/15 RSU start date . If not, better to wait until June 6 to join since Fb stock prices are calculated based on previous month’s average price. You will get the RSU money, but yes you are delaying the total vest by 3 months if you join on 5/16

  One thing to note is if starting late May, it takes about 6 month to get first portion vested but you’d get 5/48 rather than the usual 3/48 of shares

Naw. If you join on the 16th you should get the august 15th vest
