I will note that while the official policy is 3 days a week, the official word is no one is going to be tracking your in person attendance. There might be some flexibility depending on who your manager is.

  Yup. Very manager dependent. Even if your manager is cool about you rarely coming in, the company will still expect you to live (at least on paper) in a commutable distance to your office.

Just for a handful of roles. There’s an exception process but it’s strongly discouraged. Return to office is in September for 3 days a week.

Depends what role you're in. Customer facing roles can be full remote. Others will be 3/2 starting in September but you can file for exceptions, and as others said they're not going to be taking attendance.
