Found out yesterday that Thoma Bravo sold us to TPG. Don’t know the financials yet, so no clue if or how much my shares are worth, before anyone asks. Anyone worked for a TPG company? How were they with funding staff & product development? If there was an exit (IPO or acquisition), how did that play out? Did they give you founders shares?
Did you make out okay on your shares? What was the final payout multiplier (vs initial share price)?
Just saw this. Better late than never. Initial price was $0, payout was ~$2.90. Made out alright, about $80k. Not life changing, but not trivial. Options grant in NewCo (merged Thycotic/Centrify) suck. Everyone is disappointed, and what should have been retention incentive is driving a lot of good folks out the door.
How have things been going with TPG since your last update? Our company just got acquired by them today.

Not an answer to your question but seems like my organization (DirecTv) is also being bought by TPG
Interesting. They’re huge and have a pretty diverse portfolio. Burger King is one of theirs
