OCI IC3 offer
Hi , I need some advice on negotiation , I got a intial verbal offer of Base 130k Stocks 3600 RSU over four years (40k per year) Location: Burlington, Massachusetts My current Base 110k current TC 150k My YOE:6 years and masters How much can I negotiate? I seen some post with 250k for IC3 in Seattle ,don't know if it's true.
It is true for Seattle. I received a verbal offer from OCI for $243K without negotiation. Yet to receive offer in writing. You should check levels.fyi for your location
I could not find much data on OCI for Boston location ,since the team is new ..
They also set it according to cost of living. Seattle is expensive compared to Burlington, MA
Yeah but I feel 175k in Massachusetts is less compared to 250k in Seattle..since the role and levels are same..

Oci ic3 can go upto 320k, just saying
Reasonable 4000stocks and 140base for ic3 in OCI
I think it's a range from 3k to 15k rsus
