OCI Seattle benefits

I have gone through benefits of Oracle posted on blind. However, still have some doubts. I am a new-grad joinee, hence would like to clear all the points to avoid any mistake. 1) I read that HSA is the cheapest option among PPO, EPO, HSA. Since, I don't visit hospital often so taking HSA is the best option? 2) Is it necessary to opt for 401k plan. I know that it is useful post retirement healthcare (please rectify me if I am wrong). I am not sure whether I would be settling in the USA so in this case can I opt-out from this plan?. 3) I also read in one of the posts that Oracle matches 50% on the 6% of the base salary . Not sure this was for stocks/401(k). Could anyone please explain this statement. 4)Is there any other benefit of Oracle that I need to explore/know? P.S - I have already opted for Oracle ORCA card. TIA.
