Hey guys, I have Oracle phone interview round coming in few days. what kind of questions and difficulty level can I expect ?

OCI is NOT dying! Didn't you see all the announcements made this week at OOW? 20 more data centers coming in the next 12 months, VMware partnership, stronger relationship with Microsoft, tons of enhancements and new products for SaaS which btw run on OCI, Autonomous Linux which again is on OCI,etc. Sorry but that's a wrong message and I am very optimistic about what we have delivered so far and what's lined up for the next months. FYI, I've been with Oracle for 5 years and yes, it's not a perfect company but I recommend Oracle and OCI 100%!!!!
I have also phone interview coming up next week for OCI. Any last minute tips for preparation?
Definitely do LC medium. Lot of weightage is given to thought process(ask relevant questions) and communication in general.
Can somebody confirm new offers are low compare to last year ?
They are doing mass hiring now, so low offers. Those high offers were mostly for AWS, Azure folks.

It’s where mediocre talent goes to rest and vest, or wait for green card. The platforms and apps are terrible. Only bright spot is netsuite. Horrible TC and benefits. Zero culture unless you’re Indian
