OCI vesting structure

I have offers from Nutanix and OCI. Details as follows:-

Question :- What is the vesting structure of OCI/Oracle.

After first year all companies follow quaterly vesting. However, I can see in my offer letter that OCI's vesting is per year.

Can someone give me a context around this.
