Currently l65 msft. Tc : 380k. Yoe 9.5 Blink health offer cash 230k. Bonus and Equity 180k. Total 410k. Did not do negotiation, I think it can go till 450k. Level offered , senior 2

look at the ratings on blind. Doesn’t seem worth it
It is not as bad as the ratings but not great enough to switch from Microsoft, esp given that op will be moving from cash to paper money.

Senior 2 is definitely lower in scope than your current level at Microsoft. Senior 2 hardly gets to drive a big project here. I am senior 2 as well and not happy with the scope/scale. I don't see any reason why you would even consider this offer, esp since there isn't an ipo/acquisition on the horizon.
I was offered senior 2 when I was in a 63 equivalent job role in prev company
What valuation was the equity at?
It was for 39 per share. Don't know after series c how it will be.
Btw what's total number of isos in the offer?
Series C closed last year. $39 was the valuation for series C.
