  Simple strategy, I do them mostly(not strictly though) in round robin way. But everytime I revisit a pattern/technique, I try to solve questions difficult than prior, or learn a new technique that is built on top of previous one.

  It would be a lie if I say I had not solved similar patterns in past. But that would apply to almost any new leetcode question now, having solved ~400 questions. But I had not looked at answer to any of those exact questions before.

  Tbh no routine, only goal was to do min 2 lc per day. But yes, I have been solving questions mostly from union of top 100, blind 75, top fb, top G, top amz, ctci ques, most frequent (greens in lc)
