Zoom or KeepTruckin
I have offers from Zoom and KeepTruckin. Looking for spending atleast 4 years. What to choose? Same base, but Zoom has 8% annual bonus and some really good employee benefit policies. Equity is more or less same, but Zoom is public and KT is couple of years away from IPO. Zoom stock price might be in a bubble and KT stock might appreciate. But I have ESPP at Zoom. #offer #tech

Why keeptruckin?
Talk to former employees at both and see if they have any red flags. Keeptruckin laid off a bunch not too long ago. Should vet their longer term viability
Without TC, it is difficult to say. In general, there is always a risk with private company but reward is usually higher.
Zoom. Iâm a former employee of KeepTruckin and itâs a dumpster fire. But they have been riding out the pandemic better than expected

Far from a dumpster fire. Dumpster fires are companies that are accelerating towards bankruptcy. KT is still growing, but just has some maturation issues.
