Anyone have any experience in client solutions associate interview at flexport? Asking for a friend (they are a student). Any thoughts on what the case interview portion is like?

  • A few behavioral questions (“tell me about a time when _”). There is a case study, but it’s just making sure you’re willing to ask questions and problem solve.

    Make sure they do research on the company and have 2-3 good questions showing they’re interested in the company.

      Got it. What is an example of a case study, to get a flavor. Like “what would you do if your client is difficult” or is it more technical?

    • Client ships 10 containers and only 5 show up. What do you do?

      The real answer is you start asking questions… don’t act like you know what you don’t know. Take your time
