Searching for Junior/mid-level Data Analyst/Data Scientist positions

I'm looking for either a junior/associate or mid-level Data Analyst or Data Scientist role at a solid company with good WLB and decent TC.

TC doesn't have to be astronomical and am trying to be reasonable to counterbalance the fact that I also value WLB. I'm really struggling with how much i am working at my current company and i find it a really dysfunctional environment.

Product Analyst or consumer research analyst positions would work too, or entry level Data Engineering but have been focusing on primarily sharpening data analyst skills. In current role i do product analytics.

I have been practicing on Leetcode and have upped my SQL and Python game in the last year and officially feel confident about the technical aspect of interviews for the bay area. Familiar with machine learning concepts and advanced statistics as well and have worked with tons of data, and various kinds of problems in a fast growing chaotic and controversial environment.

Have been looking at companies like Pinterest, Twitter, Instacart, Robinhood, Salesforce, Microsoft, Yelp, IBM, DocuSign. Not super interested in FAANG unless the role and team are a good fit for me. Apple seems like a good option out of FAANG but otherwise not interested.

YOE: 5
TC: $130K
Desired TC: $150K. $180K and up if poor WLB or dysfunctional environment

Where good WLB =65 hrs a week

I've had several interviews and the ones that are a good fit don't pan out after the onsite or the timing is off. I get interviews for roles that are not as good of a fit as well and don't try as hard for those due to lack of time/energy.
