On-Hire RSU: 200K
Sign on bonus: 25k (1st yr) + 25k (2nd yr)
Perf bonus : 0 to 30% (15% for meeting expectation)
RSU annual refresher: 0 to 48K (24k meeting expectations)
Level 64
Need inputs from blinders.
I tried to compare with numbers from levels.FYI... but the numbers there don’t say anything about on-hire RSU and sign on bonus.
Current TC: Base 170, bonus 45, RSU 30
Without one time stuff, MS offer is lower than my current TC. Only reason to consider Microsoft is its brand name.

Level being principal or not is a function of the role you applied for and how your performed in the interviews.
Numbers are primarily negotiated and worked on with you by the recruiter. If they think they could close it with you, the hiring manager won't even hear about it. It only goes there once you have leverage and recruiter believes in it
