Work will be like any other tech company and lot of new people have joined who bring and change the overall culture ( and sometimes not so good practices from their past) and the culture is not the same as McKinsey overall . It can get overwhelming like older tech companies as they ramp up.
Working with multiple timezones will be detrimental to health depending on where you are.
Wlb also depends on this as you're expected to be flexible with time zones. But generally can be 8 hours.
Technical certifications they partner with vendors are good if you've bandwidth to attend.
Edit: if you’re based in India, boundaries may not be as respected.
When you say amazing growth oppurtunities can you elaborate a little bit may be on moving to leadership/managment kind of role, how is training and all for that.
