IPOs have become a gateway for VCs to cash out from retail investors. Companies are staying Pvt for too long nowadays. Something needs to change. Either , remove the accreditation laws or companies should go public sooner.

  Not similar at all. The .com bubble was people getting massive investments for vaporware and going public without having any way to ever make money. Affirm is very different, 150 was massively overvalued. We realistically are worth more than $49/ share which was our ipo price. Affirm unit economics are profitable plus our partnership moat is unmatched. Unfortunately growth is expensive so investors need to be willing to hold longterm. Institutional investors keep buying and retail paper hands keeps selling cause they're realizing its a long play.
