any lender offering 2.5% for 30 years fixed

i heard UWM (united wholesale mortgage) is offering 2.5% for 30 years fixed for purchase and refinance loan ( SFH, loan amount around 750k with excellent credit) ? did anyone try? is there any other lender who is offering this rate?
