Oci IC2 and IC3 TC expectations

Hi all. I recently interviewed for oci in Seattle. I was told that i would be considered for either ic2 or IC3 based on my interview. What are the average tc that i could expect for these grades ? Current tc 120k (Hillsboro OR) . Yoe: 3.5
