Offer Eval: Facebook E4 vs. Amazon L5
Received 2 offers and looking for feedback 1) Fb E4: No regular headcount, so this is for the rotational program. 150K base + 60K signing and then converts to a regular E4 after the program (can't negotiate). 2) Amazon L5: 175/150/70 Y1 and 60K Y2 (still negotiating). Also, Amazon doesn't offer maternity leave in the first year and I'm expecting. US Citizen YOE: 4 TC: 140K #amazon #Facebook EDIT: Can confirm that Amazon maternity leave is 10 weeks year 1.
Amazon does offer maternity leave in first year..it is just for 14 weeks instead of 20 weeks..take amazon
Are you sure? Theres tons of threads on blind where people said that maternity/paternity leave require a 1-year tenure.

Yes..i am sure..4 weeks before birth and 10 weeks after birth for anyone whose tenure is less than 1 year..and for employees having tenure more than 1 year..it is 16 weeks after birth and 4 weeks before
