Someone has been shopping offers
This helped me a lot: https://haseebq.com/my-ten-rules-for-negotiating-a-job-offer/ Negotiate sure, they will often say āif I get you that X extra RSU/base/signon, will you accept that offer? I donāt want to go fight for that if you donāt acceptā But you just have to keep playing the game until you get the best offer, play them against each other, and youāre satisfied.
When they say something like this, and you're on your last round of negotiation with each company, don't be afraid to give a verbal commitment that you may renege on. Recruiters do it all the time, so it's only fair, and likely won't get you blacklisted.

Congratulations! But do you see the problem here? You have so many in hand that it will be difficult for you to select one, is gonna be a jungle!! If you have already mentioned the HRās that you have cracked so many of them, they would understand that youāre a good shot and probably the one in lower tiers would back off from even giving an offer.
Thanks. Yes and I am fine with that. So far none backed off but will see when the real number game begins. Hope it won't get messy as you mentioned.
Well, I donāt see the heavy hitters yet giving offers, only lower tierāish companies. Real money is to come from the places still in queue it seems.
Congrats. Shoulda done Google earlier if you're serious with them. Could take really long for them to extend an offer.
That is true but for that I need to clear the rounds as well and don't want to miss that chance by rushing for it.
Be prepared for companies to pull their offers as well if you can't make a decision. You're 1 person, they're running a business and will move on from you...trust me.
I prefer to not join such company anyways š
Pinterest added in the list. Higher end of L5. What should I expect?
I donāt have any suggestions for you but I request you to share your preparation strategy and interview experience. Thatās stellar interview performance and your advice will help a lot of us.
OP here. Leetcode + system design. Cover the breath on technical coding questions. The more you cover the higher the chances of you getting questions from the similar pattern and you can easily crack it. And practice, practice and practice. That's the only suggestion.
