Offer after on-site interview
Flew to Apple for on-site interview last Friday. Recruiter emailed me yesterday stating it would be 1-2 weeks before a decision was reached. Good sign? Bad sign? Is 1-2 weeks normal?

This is late July, prime vacation season. There may be decision makers they need to consult with who are currently unavailable. The other theory is that they've identified another candidate they prefer, and are allowing time make and negotiate an offer. If an agreement isn't made you'd be next in line. Good luck.
