Offer at Jpmc
I got a offer from Jpmc for a vp (603) role. What their average base bay at this level.I have around 14 yrs of experience. Secondly , do they offer any bonuses at the end of the year. I heard that they pay bonus but that's very minute amount.

In the banking industry everyone is a VP. I’m surprised with 14-years of experience you would look into a 603. Why not 604? What area? Card?
What's a 604..is that the executive director level?

~130000, 10-15% annual bonus thus far
