Offer decision
I have pm offers both from Workday and Splunk. Both pays on par and both have positive reviews. Any insights from your personal experience would help me make a decision.
Splunk seems like a cool company with a lot of momentum. I see them in all my customers so good solid company I would think with good trajectory. I don’t see workday at all, but I work in government which lags normal market by a few years. I personally would lean towards workday as there may be more growth associated with it? I had a Splunk team talk to me about a job and did not persue as I just wonder how much more growth does Splunk have or are they a buyout target. ....just noticed you are already at Splunk. I would probably lean towards trying new role in same company vs going out to same role at different comp. all else being equal.
Offer TC? Also don't do Workday, just don't
TC? I'm surprised wday is matching splunk offer. Either splunk is low balling or wday is going above and beyond
Workday is in Pleasanton. Pleasanton is cheaper in terms of housing?

Both are around 225K all inclusive.
