Just curious if in middle of the range. I had already negotiated up and felt like it was straining the relationship so I’m at their best and final: 205K Salary, $780K equity, 40K sign on
That's unreal for a PM@6. PMs are supposed to get half equity of eng.
This is a little low for an E6 PM. $450k total comp is around the midpoint.
Wow. May I ask how many years experience you have OP? And what clinched the job offer?
~8. Not sure what you mean by what clinched. I told them what I was expecting.
Na I mean this is fascinatingly high for a non engineer role... So yeah, congrats OP. I was trying to ask: they probably get a ton of PM applicants, what in your CV or interview got you the offer.
What title is a PM6? Director?
Looks like a strong offer
