Offer eval for new grad product designer in NYC?

Hey Blind, a new grad designer based in nyc here. So I got a full time offer from a Series B startup based in NYC. I also got an offer from a big tech in the Bay Area. I’m trying to comparing the offers but I’m not really familiar with how compensations work at startups. Could someone help me get an idea of what a good startup compensation look like for entry level product designers based in nyc?

Offer from big tech in Bay:
138k base (CA based salary, so I’m assuming it would be more like $124k if NY based)
20k signing bonus
50k RSU over 4 yrs

Offer from startup in nyc:
123k base
0.15% equity, current funding round ~ 40M
Considering this startup because I really believe in their mission.

Please help a newbie out & please lmk if I’m missing any info 🥲
