Update: Google tc will start increasing with the refreshers. LinkedIn refreshers are not guaranteed.
Both offers are for L3 equivalent and final. Google simply declined to increase. If G and LinkedIn had equal prestige I would take LinkedIn for sure because of the location. Please share your thoughts in comments.

G's attitude was very off-putting for me. I know that shouldn't affect my decision. But the recruiter was like... LinkedIn is also a good company. I'm sure you can try at Google later.
Benefits are good at both companies and both have good WLB.
Location wise you have some flexibility with LinkedIn since you are only onsite a couple of days per week. (Eventually)
Both options are good and should give you strong career path as long as you stay for a couple of years. Is there anything about the teams or locations that might be a significant factor for you?
I think it should be around for a couple more years at least. I will like the work at both the places as far as I can tell. I do prefer bay area as a location but I also prefer Google brand personally
It's not too bad. But given a choice I would pick cali everything else equal
