They’re Zoox’s Stock Appreciation Rights. Their value to you is basically the difference between the current share value and the value when the grant was made. An independent 409a is done each year. One nice thing here is that even though this is private equity, Zoox is providing annual liquidity events starting next year where employees can sell their ZARs.

What makes you say that? I’ve had a great experience on the SW team here - people are smart and work has been interesting with good opportunities for growth. I wish things would progress faster but the entire space has been slower than we expect
sEll43 Read blind review or glassdoor about Nuro, sort by low and you get what makes me say so. For engagement survey, it tells the same thing (if you can read other org's results) if a company treat SW and non-SW people so different, I don't believe it will success.
