Offer from Liberty Mutual

Got an offer from Liberty Mutual, but not entirely sold on the HM. Is there an internal policy of how soon I can change my team? i liked the space and team. Trying to evaluate the worst case here in case I reach a point that i need to change my team..

Typically you have to wait 12 months to switch teams, unless impacted by a RIF or you get signoff from a Sr Director (intra department) or C-level exec (inter department). Is this offer in business or IT?

This is business. Interesting that they would have a 1 year requirement. Can you share their benefits please? 401k match, health care, etc

LM is hq in Boston, Eastern Time Zone, 3 hours ahead of Seattle, Pacific Time Zone, its understandable and typical for Liberty employees to start early Seattle time 8am or on rare occasion 9 am daily stand ups, depending on team you go into WFH may be an option most of the week, which helps if you don't live in downtown Seattle, up to recently they encouraged you to only work 7.5hrs to keep work life balance, overall they tend to be nice people wanting to do their job. company tends to be nice overall. They're making more and more efforts to increase diversity and be welcoming and supportive of everyone. They may not have the best salary or compensation but if you want that in exchange of your sanity you would probably go to Amazon anyways. Liberty has to have a work culture of being nice, treating people and employees with dignity, respect, and kindness because that's how they expect their employees to interact with each other and that's how they expect their employees to answer phones for our external customers. Makes sense, don't you think, considering people pay a higher premium for an insurance product that won't treat them like sht or wouldn't want to pay out.
