Come join us at Nextdoor! Just within the last year, our product has had a MAJOR redesign (and our members are loving it). There's a lot of important work that still needs to be done. Work Culture: Get your stuff done, peers/managers are respectful of WLB, work hard but have fun, everyone's opinions are welcome Product Teams to Avoid: There aren't any teams you need to "avoid" per se but, if you join the Member Experience pillar you will have a great time. Company Potential: Can't comment on this much but we are growing, and we're growing quickly. Revenue numbers are also looking up (considerably). Your friend definitely want in. Good luck to them!
