Offer from ServiceNow Kirkland
Currently L63 at MS but base pay in the lower range. Received Staff sde offer from ServiceNow Kirkland. Team developes cloud infrastructure for their own datacenters. TC (base + RSUs) higher than MS but not like google or FB. Any inputs if I should take this offer?

How much is the base and rsu breakdown at servicenow and what’s your YOE
Without knowing your TCs, how are we supposed to suggest? Even % info not here
TC at MS 190-200k, TC at ServiceNow 230k but stock has huge potential to go upside. Their stock has seen more than 100% growth in last one year.
Past growth is not a good indicator of future growth
