Offering Atlassian referrals. We are remote first and offer great wlb with still competitive TC

Mar 5 15 Comments

Hey guys, I know a lot of people are changing jobs right now and it's a great time to join Atlassian. I've helped a ton of people here get interviews and somewhere around 20 get hired.

We are still rapidly growing with ambitious future goals, beginning to offer more competitive pay, have a remote first culture for all roles, and great WLB. Honestly the best company I've worked for.

If you would like a referral or have any questions just DM me. For swes I can help with the process and what to expect. But any role or location is eligible for a referral.

NOTE: Please don't apply if you'd like a referral as this just duplicates work for the recruiting team

All our roles can be found here:

I've got a P4 offer Q4 last year and their offer was on par with MSFT (which is good). The interview process was great and straightforward. Phone screen was mini-system design. Onsite was 2 coding, 1 behavioral, 1 sys design. The coding questions were very practical btw not a full- LC style but a good mixture of algo and OOP design.

The recruiter and interviewers were all friendly and great to work with. Overall it was one of the best interviewing experiences I had.

I'm not as sure about TC for those locations as I'm a US employee. However I think we're generally competitive in non US markets. Front end interview will be focused more on Javascript (any framework is fine) and system design will also be focused on building a front end component rather than typical back end system design. I interviewed back end back when I was interviewing but it's relatively similar in structure. Recruiter screen then tech screen which is a light system design and then on site (two coding, 1 SD, 1 background and experience, 1 culture fit)
