Make the choices a poll, I think the community will also agree with me
You've got a bias for Intuit.
Btw, you might wanna breakdown the comp structure to see the yearly diff, cuz I see it's quite a decent margin.
Go for it blindly.
Every month you will be getting goodies, Amazon & swiggy coupons and what not.
Work life balance is excellent.
Zeta is another workaholic start-up.
Compare the life.
Zeta is just another startup and it has very high attrition rate.
Whereas Intuit has the coolest culture with very low attrition. Employees are taken very good care of.
Intuit is the no 1 tech company in the greatest place to work for .... For a reason my friend
It's all depends whether person want to learn, grow or they want to chill with less growth
Intuit is good company no doubt but I personally I will like to join it during my retirement time as it is retirement company. By the way there was big layoff in Intuit last year
Ps - join zeta.
