You can interview. There is no need to volunteer and disclose that information, unless specifically was asked.
Are you authorized to work in USA? Yes! Were there any additional requirements disclosed in job posting? Nope.
Once you will have an offer - it will be immigration team problem on how to make it happen. Even if you will be forced to migrate back - there is nothing wrong to continue working for Google.
So in summary - get an offer first, worry about paperwork later.
