Onboarding at LinkedIn
Joining LinkedIn next month! I’m getting more nervous and more excited about the new job: I wonder how the onboarding experience was for folks who went through this before, will I get an onboarding buddy and/or a mentor to help me along the way? Still remote onboarding? Any tips or suggestions for the first few weeks? Thank! current tc 210k
Yes you will get an onboarding buddy and don’t worry about time, Linkedin is really good in that regard. Generally documentation is good at LinkedIn and also employees are approachable, so you should be fine
