One job since graduation. Back on the SWE grind. No more comfort zone. Advice?

When it comes to software engineering - I was never as fast as the cargo short kid in my CS class but I eventually crossed the finish line. Never actually worked as a developer in a team setting at any company yet, as this is my first one. Had a wide variety of interesting internships so I have a solid breadth of knowledge.

Got two promotions and three raises in three years. High visibility project with leadership - Lot of cloud work, not much dev work. Wearing dozens of hats was pretty much the norm, which is great but I need to keep my coding skills up. Currently Azure and AWS certified.

Feeling a bit stagnant but comfortable. Want to hit the grind and VWMF next year for a 100% remote position. Will likely see my project out and jump ship next summer.

How do you suggest getting back into all things programming? I have CTCI and have been just dipping my toes into Easy LC during the work day. (Yeah, it takes me a while to solve them, so what?)

I'm dusting off the cobwebs and it will take some time, but I am ready for it. 100k minimum TC should be achievable for someone like me. Any advice? How did jumping ship at 3 coming on 4 YOE go for you?

YOE: 3
TC: 86k
