One year of spark/hadoop experience - too early to move on?

Just hit just over a year as dev. spark/bd experience. Due to some factors I feel like I’m at a dead-end with employer value and compensation unless I grind it out and put in the time. Is it naive to try and bounce for something else? I know Uber has a Spark team.
