Onsite Interview with AWS
I’ve onsite interview scheduled with AWS Elastic Search Team in 2 weeks. Two other AWS teams (AWS SageMaker and AWS Redshift) have also expressed interest in my profile and I can also interview with one of them. Can you please tell me which teams out of Sagemaker, Elastic Search and Redshift is better based on WLB, Growth/Learnings and Culture? Also, is it easy to change teams in Amazon?
Changing teams is pretty easy after 1yr+. Not as much before that. So pick wisely
Pick wisely for the first year? How does it impact changing teams? I have heard people switching in a few months after joining
You can switch, but it’s harder since you’re not a known quantity. Pick a good team to spend at least a year at is my advice
