Got Senior offers from both companies. Base is similar in range ~ $190k +- 10k but haven’t negotiated at all. Eightfold had series E recently whereas harness raised Series C last year 2021 Jan. The evaluation is still pretty close of both the companies. In that regard harness seems like at a much better position financially. Product wise I see much more value in Harness CI/CD product whereas eightfold is pretty much reducing HR hours for fortune 500 companies but what I have heard that they have very evolved top notch AI product and management/exec are all experienced Ex-FAANG. From personal experience Eightfolds hiring and engineering bar was much hire and they hire mostly from top universities. My take: Financials : Harness > Eightfold Product experience : Eightfold > Harness Management: Eightfold > Harness Market demand/value: Harness > Eightfold Likelihood of going public: Harness > Eightfold Engineering talent: Eightfold > Harness Any further insight in either companies most welcomed as well as any suggestions. Thank you folks :) #engineering #software #eightfold #harness
YOE?
Harness has raised series D. Valued at almost 4B
Did you just say “Eightfolds hiring and engineering bar was much hire”? Bruhhh
DO NOT go to eightfold.ai. company is losing customers hand over foot because product doe not deliver. Almost 50 percent turnover and having a different time hiring engineers
^ isn’t HireVue a competitor in the space? Is what you are saying based on some current and internal information or are you just trying to make the company look bad?
Not a competitor as eightfold doesn't do video interviewing to my knowledge. Although in your spectrum any improvement in hiring may be considered a competitor yes? I have friends over there and whilst the thrill was there in the beginning they have been sorely under amazed
^^ looks like you posted on ALL recent EF threads and seem really invested in warning folks about EF and telling them how bad this company is… (Based on feedback from friends who are STILL there.) Based on your company’s website, it looks like a talent acquisition product so most of your messages come across as petty shitposting about a competitor.
Eightfold has taken a lot of employees from HireVue and you may want to ask them if they think it was worth it. Didn't you all get a cease and desist because you were poaching?
I’ll ask. Will also ask if they’re happier at EF.
So maybe zNvT34 you can give us insight on how things are at 8fold
Are you still considering an offer from EF? Feel free to DM me with your questions.

Is Trump the best person to vote for if you're pro Palestine?
You are fortunate to have both offers. Pick based on future potential. All the best.
What’s your opinion?
You didn’t mention stock options. At Series C - Harness Stock options might be worth more. I would pick Harness between the two given their business potential.
