My fiance and I are moving to NYC in August. Any suggestions on the best buildings to look at / areas that we should particularly look at? Working in Noho and Chelsea. Budget we are thinking is between 3-4.5k which we can't seem to find anything good for in those areas for obvious reasons.#housing #newyork #rent
