I totally understand your points about language selection and I agree that Python has a lot to offer when it comes to analysis. We like to start with simple strategies with basic technical analysis for now.

I really think about modularizing and keep things decoupled as much as possible so we can plug and play different Modules regardless of its underlying tech stack and language used to develop it.

So when we are ready with a stable platform that's functioning and I would like to start integrating with Python for just analysis to leverage it's power in statistical and machine learning space. It could then be more of a platform that predicts future prices as well? Rather initiating trades when certain technicals are met.

Otherwise I would also be interested in exploring and let the price prediction modelling going on with Python in parallel but I am no expert in Python. And we need people who are good at Python to do that and evolve it as the core platform evolves on its own.
