Biden to hand out green cards to 4000 illegals per year
Is your company culture fear based ? Are you free to express your concerns without fearing about getting fired ? I see that in a few companies I worked, if you question anything management will almost always retaliate, probably fire you even if you are performing well. What is your experience?
Well if you ask tough questions about management, I have seen they don't like it.
At Niantic a lot of fear. And tons of PCness. I saw people get fired for speaking their mind or criticizing others.
A lot of fear. Several pips and firings for just trying to express opinion. Either we break you or you are out.
My CEO said that we’re not firing anyone due to COVID-19 right now, but will fire anyone that doesn’t work at full productivity during COVID-19. Go figure?
How's that going now 6 months later? Hopefully better for you.
FEAR
Fear. So much fear.
At Harness it’s Fear. Bad Management. They lie to customers and employees
A lot of fear. One either falls in line or doesn’t. Fresh thinking and anything that challenges the leadership or the status quo gets punished. People end up leaving or get pushed out. Some people have been told directly by the ceo to not voice their non-compliant opinions. Lots of whitewashing and active suppression of free speech.
Fear.
The only people I know of to get fired were fired because they weren't doing their jobs well.
