The negative reviews on Glassdoor are specifically from our operations workers who do menial tasks like fielding Zendesk tickets from angry chargers. It’s not a great job, pays minimum wage, but is necessary for our business. If you’re an engineer, the culture and outlook is much, much better (from first hand experience).
