Why not opt out? There's no consequence to doing so. I opted out.
Always opt out of arbitration. It is heavily tilted in favor of the company, which is why so many companies do it

Ignoring how that would ID me, how do you guys handle the bonus situation in TC? Assume you meet but don't exceed target?
