Oracle Apps Development vs. Amazon New Grad

Hi, I have a new grad offer from the Apps development team at Oracle. The team is called the fusion financials development team under fusion ERP. Does anyone know if this is a good team to join? TC: 130k(base) + 4500(RSUs over 4 years equivalent to almost 250k) + 50k sign on at Redwood City I also have a standard new grad offer from Amazon so trying to decide which one to take! I'm looking to learn a lot as this is my first job and have no experience. Amazon TC: 112k(base) + 80k RSU (5,15,40,40 vesting) + 50k sign on at Seattle. Team is unknown. Oracle's TC is much higher, is it worth leaving Amazon since learning would be more there? Any help would be appreciated and if you could provide a reason for your vote I would really appreciate it, thanks! #amazon #oracle #newgrad #seattle #bayarea

Oracle should be at the bottom of your list, unless you are in sales

Could you please elaborate? The teams work seemed interesting and seems to be growing fast, in Amazon I don't know my team yet.

I've worked for both. If you want to work for people like Trump, go to Oracle. If you want to learn useful stuff, go somewhere else. Oracle is extremely salesy with aggressive culture. My POV

Can you please share your interview experience

Trust me you don’t want to join oracle in apps development.

Hey, could you please elaborate why?

Search about ADF (the framework in which fusion applications are written) . You will come to know why.

For that tc I’d take oracle. What did you end up going with?
