Oracle seems very picky in Seattle, at least for us non-AWS SDEs. Leetcode hard on phonescreens and on-sites. Is it the same for AWS/Azure people?

About a week from verbal to written for me. Negotiating took a while round tripping as well. In contrast I got the "hire" decision same day and "tentative" verbal the day after. Rule of thumb, if it stays within OCI, it can be done quickly. If you reach into Oracle HR beurocracy it gets slower. Written offer required the latter. As well each time the written came back as different from the verbal, though usually close in TC if a bit different in breakdown.
