Oracle Cloud-Outbound v/s Inbound product teams
Does anyone have any feedback on the difference in scope b/w the inbound and outbound product teams? Any feedback on the leadership team on these two teams? Would you recommend one team over other? Both are a part of Oracle cloud infra

Sadly there have been RIFs across several orgs today. For the past few weeks, I had been hearing news of RIFs on June 1. Looks like those rumors came true. Very sad.
I have also had to RIF several of my guys in the past 3 years. I never get a choice. "RIF X guys on Y date." At least I don't have to RIF anyone today.
OP like any 20+ year old company, there are RIFs in areas of the business that aren’t growing. If you being recruited to OCI or any of the Cloud Apps groups, we aren’t RIFing. We are growing, with new head count every quarter.
