I recently posted regarding the offers and have few more update. 5 years experience. Oracle Cloud (Seattle): Base - 170K, Bonus / Refresher - 15% (approximate), Equity - 9000 ($440K - 4 year vesting), sign-on - 25K NVIDIA Cloud (Bay Area) - Currently figuring out the number Jet.com - Base - 165K, Bonus - 20%, Equity - $40K (4 years vesting), Refresher - $40K(4 years vesting), sign-on first year - 50K, sign-on second year - 40K Yahoo (SF) - Currently figuring out the number Cruise Automation - in the pipeline (phone screen soon) AWS - in the pipeline (in the discussion with a recruiter, after rejecting the offer from another group in Amazon. Not sure full interview loop would be required) If you can share some advice about joining OCI vs NVIDIA Cloud, it would be really helpful for making a decision. Thanks for your time in advance.
Yahoo? Seriously? im sure eBay is much better than the garbage Oath that yahoo is now part of. I would go for nvidia.
Oci which level?
Doesn't matter. OCI is DOA.
Jet
OCI is winning the poll. This post is enough proof to show getting advice on Blind is like getting my 2mo old nephew to decide tonight's dinner menu.
Yes. OCI is too late too little. Max Oracle can achieve is arm twist legacy users of their applications and database to use it. But they are irrelevant in front of AWS, Azure and GCP. All that talk of bare metal is a good joke.
15% refresher?! LMAO! I’m in OCI and I got peanuts. The initial stock grant looks good though.
