Oracle Consulting Salary M vs IC Grade

Hi - i wanted to ask what are IC5 ranges for Oracle Consulting - position is called Director but is IC level. is it better to wait for positions at M grade - seems like going feom IC to M is a challenge internally. again the division is Consulting
