  • from your current you are 66% up
Indian HRs pull this shit on you and pay from where you are instead of what you deserve.
get a compete offer and then bargain

It depends on your interview performance and open position you applied /interviewed for.

As I have mentioned before go and get competing offer with higher level than you would be better position to negotiate further .

If you are able to negotiate for it then yes. You would need a competing offer. I made mistake of not getting a competing offer and I was given a very very bad comp.

You can push for more pay in IC3, but IC4 is not on card, because:
Either you were down levelled from IC4 to IC3 based on interview feedback
Or you were interviewed for and offered IC3, If you push for IC4 they never interviewed you for an IC4 in first case.
Your base seems alright for an IC3, can push for more RSU’s though, max for IC3 is 1200 / 4 years at OCI, could be lower (600/4 years for Oracle)
