I presume you calculate TC = base + signing bonus / 4. What about the annual RSU bonus?
Signing - 25k What are the rules around annual RSU bonus? Is it fixed and defined up front? EBS What other data points could help?
I wish I had more certain answers regarding annual RSU bonus, but I haven't been here through a cycle to get firsthand knowledge. It was represented to me during comp negotiation that annual refresh should be approximately 1/4 of the sign on RSUs. Going into year 5 you'd then have about the same unvested equity as you got on sign on assuming no major status changes. I encourage you to get clarification on that from your hiring manager, and I'd be interested in the response. More data points as in knowing the comp of other IC5s. Is that EBS as in E Bussiness Suite? If so that's not really OCI proper, and my data aren't that useful.

400K is possible,but i am not sure the highest.
Consulting is at least 450k. 400k is for principal
These numbers are so much higher than CSM and we get kicked in the balls on a daily basis by customers gonna kill myself now ktnxbai
Been here long enough to know there are no refreshers on RSUs afyer 4 years so better get as much as you can now.
