Oracle OCI IC4/IC5 compensation
Current TC: 158 K base+ 300 equity/yr YOE: AMzn 4y, MSFT 17 I am an expecting an offer but not sure what to expect for compensation and level. What is the range for IC4 and IC5 (breakup be great please)

They will at least match your current comp. If you get IC5 you can maybe expect 10-15% more than your current comp so something like $500-525k (at least for 4 years if stock stays where it’s at. Keep in mind if you have an upcoming cliff at AMZN).

What is the compensation range for IC2? What level should someone with Masters in CS and 2.5 yoe should get (2 in India, rest in US)?

Ic4 - 350-470 , ic4 - 400-550
I highly doubt these numbers, my friends were offer much lower
What was your friend's offer, level and yoe?
